Why three different treatments

A hair schedule rotates three jobs instead of giving the hair the same thing every week: moisture, lipids, and structure. Each ampoule does one of them, and each replaces both conditioner and mask on the day it is used.

Nine weeks, three ampoules

Each 15ml ampoule covers three treatment days when applied to mid-lengths and ends: roughly a third each time. Three ampoules, nine wash weeks, in rotation. On very long or very thick hair you will use more per application and the set will cover fewer weeks.

How to use it

1. Wash with the shampoo of your range and rinse.
2. Apply about a third of the ampoule to clean, damp lengths and ends.
3. Leave for 3 minutes and rinse.
4. Do not follow with conditioner or mask: the ampoule stands in for both that day.
5. Next wash week, move to the next ampoule in the rotation. Keep the open ampoule closed and dry between uses.

What it does not include

The washes between treatment days. Add the shampoo and conditioner of your range so the nine weeks run without a gap.
