Orders to other UK territories and international orders will be charged delivery and prices will vary according to the location.
We accept all major debit and credit cards.
Orders placed until 3pm are dispatched on the same day and delivered on the next business day to England and within 3-4 business days for other locations.
Orders are shipped on business days only. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding national holidays in the UK.
All deliveries must be signed upon receipt.
We cannot deliver to PO boxes.
You will receive a notification in case of cancellation or any problems processing your order.
To protect your personal information, we take reasonable precautions and follow industry’s best practices to make sure it is not inappropriately lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed.
During the checkout process, you will be directed to the Worldpay website where you will then be prompted to enter your payment details.
Worldpay protects your financial information with industry-leading security and fraud prevention systems. When you use Worldpay, your financial information will not be shared with us here at Inoar UK. Once your payment is completed, you will be emailed a receipt for the transaction.
All data and information received by us is treated and used in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.
After ordering you will promptly receive an order confirmation via e-mail.
After the order has been processed in our database, the package will leave our warehouse on the same day (for orders placed before 3pm) or the next working day (for orders placed after 3pm).
After finishing your order you will receive an automatic email with the invoice attached.
